We begin by carefully discussing your requirements, expectations, household needs, schedule, and the profile of the nanny you are looking for.
Once the key details of the request have been agreed, a service agreement is signed between the client and the agency. After the agreement is signed, we begin the recruitment process using our own candidate network and internal database.
When selecting candidates, we take into account key criteria such as:
1. previous experience working in private households;
2. knowledge of cleaning standards and household maintenance;
3. ability to care for different types of surfaces and delicate materials;
4. experience in garment care, laundry, and wardrobe management, where required;
5. positive references from previous employers;
6. personal reliability, discretion, and sense of responsibility;
7. language skills, where required for the role.
