Housekeeper Recruitment Across Europe
Home Staff Europe provides housekeeper recruitment services across all European Union countries, including Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, and other EU destinations, as well as in Switzerland. Our core specialisation is the recruitment of Filipino housekeepers living in Europe and English-speaking housekeepers across Europe.

We can help you find a professional housekeeper, either live-in or live-out, including candidates who are able to accompany the family when travelling to another country.

Our housekeepers have experience in caring for different types of surfaces, handling delicate and high-quality wardrobes, and providing reliable household support that families can truly depend on.

For us, it is essential to find the right housekeeper for each family. Depending on your requirements, we will help you select the most suitable and qualified candidate for your household’s needs.

Why Families Choose Home Staff Europe
Home Staff Europe provides carefully selected domestic staff for private families across Europe, including Switzerland. Here is why clients choose to work with us:
Housekeeper Recruitment Process in Europe
Request Review and Candidate Search
We begin by carefully discussing your requirements, expectations, household needs, schedule, and the profile of the nanny you are looking for.

Once the key details of the request have been agreed, a service agreement is signed between the client and the agency. After the agreement is signed, we begin the recruitment process using our own candidate network and internal database.

When selecting candidates, we take into account key criteria such as:
1. previous experience working in private households;
2. knowledge of cleaning standards and household maintenance;
3. ability to care for different types of surfaces and delicate materials;
4. experience in garment care, laundry, and wardrobe management, where required;
5. positive references from previous employers;
6. personal reliability, discretion, and sense of responsibility;
7. language skills, where required for the role.
Selection and Interview Process
At the first stage, we send you a selection of candidate profiles together with CVs and, where available, video introductions.

You review the candidates and choose those you would like to meet. We then arrange online interviews at a convenient time and fully coordinate the process.

After speaking with the candidates, you decide who is best suited to your family. Where necessary, we may carry out additional checks or further evaluation before moving to the next stage.

The selected candidate is then invited to proceed to the final stage of the recruitment process, which may include an in-person meeting and a trial period. If the trial period is successfully completed and both sides are satisfied, the candidate starts permanent work with the family.

The agency fee is paid after the selected candidate has successfully completed the trial period and begins permanent employment.
Start of Employment and Guarantee Support
Once the candidate starts working with the family, the employment agreement is concluded directly between the employer and the employee, where applicable and where the family provides such an arrangement.

Our work with the client does not end once the candidate starts. If, after the placement, the selected employee is not the right fit for any reason or the cooperation cannot continue, we provide a replacement following the same recruitment process as at the initial stage.

The number of replacements is unlimited within the guarantee period. The client may choose the guarantee period from several available options.
