We begin by carefully discussing your requirements, expectations, household needs, schedule, and the profile of the private driver you are looking for.
Once the key details of the request have been agreed, a service agreement is signed between the client and the agency. After the agreement is signed, we begin the recruitment process using our own candidate network and internal database.
When selecting candidates, we take into account key criteria such as:
1. previous experience working for private families, private households, or private clients;
2. professional driving experience in family, business, or personal chauffeur roles;
3. knowledge of safe driving standards, discretion, and professional conduct;
4. flexibility in relation to schedules, daily routes, airport transfers, and family travel needs;
5. positive references from previous employers;
6. personal reliability, discretion, and sense of responsibility;
7. language skills, where required for the role.
